New Update: Body Found At Plaza In Westchester Died Of Natural Causes, Police Say

Authorities have released more information about a body found at a shopping plaza in Northern Westchester.

The man's body was discovered at the Crossroads Plaza in Peekskill at 1101 Main St., police said.

The body was originally found on Tuesday, Aug. 29 just before 10 a.m. at the Crossroads Plaza located at 1101 Main St. (Route 6) in Peekskill, according to Peekskill Police Lt. Adam Renwick.

The man's cause of death has since been certified to be of natural causes by the Westchester County Medical Examiner’s Office, Renwick said on Tuesday, Sept. 12.

The identity of the man has not yet been determined, Renwick added.
